Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 28 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rural areas may take longer.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, you will be sent tracking details to monitor the shipping process.
Delivery is provided by Australia Post for smaller items and selected courier companies based on size of product and location.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
EmuWing does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy
We ship around the world through UPS for all our international deliveries and shipping costs vary depending on the zone, which is non-inclusive of custom and/or tax charges. These charges are unpredictable and are at the discretion of the customs in the destination country. If they do impose charges, the recipient will be contacted by the customs directly and we cannot get involved in the process nor be liable for any charges to the customer.
We do not ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders or international PO Boxes.

International orders via https://www.EmuWing.com.au are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). The exchange rate at the time of purchase is determined by international credit-card providers or banks, who may add an additional processing or administration charge. These delivery time frames exclude the processing of your order by our warehouse team. The estimated delivery time is the time for our delivery partners to get your order to you.
