Important Fitment Note:
Rear air conditioning ducting may interfere with installation on the right-hand side of the 80 Series due to duct placement. Installation is possible with a small modification — a 25mm square cut in the duct to allow hinge clearance.Some cargo barriers may also affect fitment.

By default, the standard hinge sits 110mm back from the front frame edge and extends 85mm into the car. A modified version that moves the hinge 205mm back is available (solid panel only), but this slightly reduces the opening size.

Occasionally the cargo barrier can interfere with the hinge of the Emuwing with this model, please let us know if you have a cargo barrier and the measurement from the front of the existing window to the cargo barrier – see the last picture in the gallery for a diagram.

DIY Installation:
This is a DIY kit — please read and follow the instructions carefully. Once installed, claims cannot be made for incorrect installation.
Due to hinge intrusion, this product is not suitable for vehicles carrying passengers adjacent to the Emuwing. Designed for use with storage systems, it should be removed if third-row seats are reinstated.
