1. The Promotion

This is the Emuwing Stubby Holder Photo Competition (“Competition”), run by Emuwing Vehicle Access Solutions (“Emuwing”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Entrants submit a photo featuring an Emuwing product for the chance to win one of the prizes described below. The winning photo(s) may be featured on Emuwing’s website, social media channels, and future marketing and promotional materials.

2. The Promoter

The Promoter is Emuwing Vehicle Access Solutions, 84 617 251 733, of 8b Tuppen Drive, Sebastopol, Victoria 3356, Australia.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to any person who submits a genuine, original photo featuring an Emuwing product. The entrant does not need to own the vehicle or product shown in the photo.
  • Entrants must be residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. An entrant under 18 may enter with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also agree to these Terms and Conditions on the entrant’s behalf.
  • Employees (and their immediate families) of Emuwing, and of any business sponsoring a prize in this Competition, are not eligible to enter.

4. Competition Period

Entries open October 12, 2026 and close November 9, 2026 (“Competition Period”). The winners will be announced on or around November 12, 2026. Emuwing reserves the right to extend or shorten the Competition Period at its discretion.

5. How to Enter

To enter, visit the Competition page on the Emuwing website and submit your photo using the entry form provided, along with your name and email address. By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • Entries must be submitted through the official website entry form. Entries received by any other method (e.g. direct message, email, or comment) will not be considered.
  • Each person may submit one entry for the duration of the Competition Period, unless otherwise stated on the Competition page.

6. Entry Requirements

By submitting a photo, you warrant and confirm that:

  • The photo is your own original work and you own all rights in it, or you otherwise have full permission from the rights holder to submit it and grant the rights described in clause 7;
  • The photo does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • Where any person is identifiable in the photo, you have obtained that person’s permission (or, if they are under 18, their parent or guardian’s permission) for the photo to be submitted and used as described in these Terms;
  • The photo does not contain offensive, unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate content, and does not depict unsafe or illegal use of a vehicle or product;
  • The photo does not prominently feature the branding, logo, or trademark of any business other than Emuwing or a confirmed Competition sponsor.

Emuwing may, at its sole discretion, refuse or remove any entry that does not meet these requirements, without notice.

7. Ownership and Use of Submitted Photos

By submitting an entry, you assign to Emuwing all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the submitted photo, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where such an assignment is not effective under applicable law, you instead grant Emuwing a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, crop, edit, and publish the photo for any purpose, in any media now known or later developed, including on the Emuwing website, social media channels, packaging, and other marketing and promotional materials, without further compensation, notice, or attribution to you.

You acknowledge that Emuwing is under no obligation to use any submitted photo, and that submitting an entry does not entitle you to any payment, royalty, or other compensation beyond the prize (if any) that you are awarded.

8. Judging and Selection of Winners

All eligible entries received during the Competition Period will be reviewed by an internal panel appointed by Emuwing (“the Panel”). The Panel will select the winning entries at its sole discretion, based on criteria including (but not limited to) creativity, image quality, and how well the photo showcases the Emuwing product. The Panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded:

1st Place

  • Winning vehicle featured on Emuwing’s next run of stubby holders
  • One Travel Buddy oven, supplied by Emuwing
  • One Camp Fire, supplied by TheBushTelly
  • Emuwing merch pack and four stubby holders featuring the winning vehicle

2nd Place

  • One Kincrome Portable Tool Kit 92 Piece 3/8″ Drive
  • Emuwing merch pack and four stubby holders featuring the winning vehicle

3rd Place

  • One TRED 65L Storage Box, supplied by TRED / Clarus Adventure
  • Emuwing merch pack and four stubby holders featuring the winning vehicle

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Where a prize is supplied by a third-party sponsor, that sponsor (not Emuwing) is responsible for the quality, delivery, and fitness for purpose of that prize item, and Emuwing gives no warranty in relation to it.

10. Notification and Claiming of Prizes

Winners will be notified by email and/or via the social media account used to enter, within 7 days of the announcement date. Winners must respond and provide any requested delivery details within 7 days of being notified, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another entrant at Emuwing’s discretion.

11. General Conditions

  • Emuwing reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry that it reasonably believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or attempted to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Entrants who opt in to marketing emails will be added to Emuwing’s mailing list. Subscribing is optional and does not affect competition eligibility or judging. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Emuwing reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time, without liability, subject to applicable law.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emuwing is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical failure, error, or outage affecting the Competition website or any social media platform used in connection with it.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Social Media Platforms

This Competition may be promoted on Instagram and/or Facebook but is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or complaints about the Competition must be directed to Emuwing, not to the platform.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this Competition (such as your name, email address, and submitted photo) will be used by Emuwing to administer the Competition, contact winners, and, where you have agreed under clause 7, for marketing purposes. Emuwing will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.emuwing.com.au/privacy-policy/

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By entering this Competition, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
